Due to changes in the current economy our terms and conditions of work, had to be modify to be able to continue providing our customers with optimal service and excellent quality.
1- All sales are final, no product return or exchanges.
2- Each order must be paid in full when ordering.
3- Review your design before approving, one approved by client,
GXP PRINTING is not responsible for any errors or last minute changes.
4- Extra costs may be applied in case of redesigning the same product more than 3 times due to customer disagreement.
5- Delivery times are only approximate, GXP PRINTING is not responsible for late deliveries due to external providers, equipment failure, etc.
6- We are not responsible for order without advance or movement for more than 30 days, or that have been forgotten by the client.
7-Discounts can only be approved by management.
8- All our prices are plus TAXES.
9- Once the order is signed by the client, no exceptions will be made in any of the aforementioned clauses.
